The visual feedback is another important feature that should characterize every online store; the user has to be allowed to see the image of the items he has selected for his cart. Actually, some of the sites are not providing the users with this necessary feature; for instance, a site may not take its users to the required shopping cart as soon as a certain item was added to the cart. This feature may allow the user to continue his purchasing without paying attention to what is already in his cart.

No interruption will be encountered in the case of such sites. But most of the sites are likely to display a sort of special indicator that will inform the buyer about the amount of money he has to pay at a certain moment. The pages will be updated according to the buyer’s choices thus summarizing the current content of the cart. The visual feedback is highly necessary because the buyer has to be perfectly aware f all his purchases in order not to overcharge his own budget.
