i mean is there a shop cart system that lets you incoprate it in your own website and not use their template? and do the designing there?
like i want to start my own online bussiness. i can do very good website designing and i want to use my own web template. what kind of ecommernce e-shop cart thing that will work with my website.

Ebay has thier own shopping cart system via PayPal (look under business – merchant services)
Otherwise websites that have their own shopping carts is done with PHP

You say you design, do you program?
If not you need someone to turn your design into a fully functional website which means it has to be coded. Design is one thing, programming is something else!
Anyway try them as they program and are very helpful.
