I use wordpress and the wordpress shopping cart, but there are tons out there. Yahoo’s shopping cart is a simple point and click solution that can be plugged right into paypal. I understand is supposed to be pretty good and reasonable.
Sitebuildit is also pretty good, but they take you through a very step by step process to building a website, great for beginners, but not so much for experts.
may also be good for you.
I have also used zencart and Joomla, but you really have to have some programming capability to use either of those carts/CMS systems.
Check out Shopify.com. I’ve been doing e-commerce implementations for 12 years, and have used a cart we built, Volusion and others. Shopify’s the easiest.
Look into Webplus 10 by Serif
Easy to use and includes a shopping cart feature. We have used it for approx 10 months and have had no trouble. It took us about 7 hours to build the website and it wasn’t tough. You do not need to know any coding etc. to build a website using this software.
Good Luck
If you want tot accept credit cards you will need to have your own provider for processing those.
has a quick shopping cart feature that makes it easy to get a shopping cart online.
Some parts maybe similar to frames but I have been found for 3 different semi-major keywords in a brief amount of time. All new sites (new domains) seem to fall in the Google sandbox for months though. Yahoo has found me within days using this tool so i don’t believe it hurts that much. On page SEO has become only about 1% of the game anyway. Authoratative one way links and content is what Google wants these days.
It is a good, very easy website builder and all inclusive ecomerce tool.
You could visit. You could purchase a ready made website(about $150) or contact them for a quote on building a customised shopping cart/ retail website which would be designed to your specifications. Two of the websites they have built for me were about $300
