What’s the best paid web DB software suite?

shopping cart systems
Male-Man asked:

Am a web site host and am looking for a high-end package or combo of softwares that has all the best functionality for a high traffic website, specifically:

(1) A bidding system akin to Ebay
(2) Intuitive shopping cart/checkout system
(3) Basic forum with threads and poster login
(4) RSS feeds (optional, but still desirable)

The most important qualities I’m looking for are ease of setup, customer service, and configurability for a multitude of websites / looks…

Thanks in advance for any advice

I don’t know of any package that includes all the items you mention in an easy to setup fashion or template.
I understand that ColdFusion is popular for web database development.
My personal choices are more at the programmer level of use:
    MySQL for database
PHP for interfacing with the database
    KDevelop for PHP coding
    Quanta+ for HTML

Many sites that include these features utilize what is know as LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP or some variation like WAMP or just AMP). See)
There are several open source projects using PHP for various applications such as you’ve mentioned which can be used for setting up your own custom application.

Here is some of the most popular WYSIWYG web development packages:
