    goto ur sql database in ur hosting control panel and edit now and replace new pass in ur value boxes.

    If you use the latest oscommerce use my reset admin contribution
    check following:

    Get password from last link and paste that password to your .pswaccess file or your administrators table in database. I hope it will help you :)
