As I understand it, the reason why you are displaying multiple prices is because there are also different attributes of the product.  Therefore, depending on what option the customer chooses, the correct price will be displayed and added to the cart.  

For example, it your product is a pair of shoes, then you have different prices associated with the different sizes of the shoes, correct?  Like if a person chooses 8 then the price does not change (no + or - signs).  However if the person chooses 10, the price option will be a +$20--which means that this is the amount to be added to the original price.
