Anyone use paypal shopping cart on their website? Pro’s and Con’s?

I’m developing a site, and considering using paypal shopping cart and checkout. Cost is less than typical checkout systems, and the user doesn’t have to have a paypal account. Just wondering if anyone has had good or bad experience with it.
