Using Micro$oft Front Page or other compatible software, you can buy a template that has paypal purchase fields set up for you. Site is:

Might suggest you review an integrated cart function of a gateway, with free shipping hard coded, or a ‘third-party certified cart which uses a certified gateway and avoid the coding all together – otherwise you might be liable for PCI standards and the associated fines (which pretty much bankcrupt most small businesses). If you are looking for a TDBE script, I can help – but you definately become liable for secured storage of the cardholder data. If all you want is the DBE – that’s a no brainer, and I be more than happy to help.
