Believe it or not, go to other web hosts and you will find merchant credit accounts. Most will deal with you without having to have an account with the host. Another thing is doing a search on MERCHANT ACCOUNTS.
Webmasters has two merchant account dealers and they will deal with you whether you are client of Webmasters or not. But you have to go through have to use Webmasters to sign up for the merchant account.
