The Build A Blog Store software looked to have some nice features. It is supposed to build web pages having eBay and Amazon listings and is advertised as working in a number of different countries. It’s certainly not cheap at $297 but the sales page offers a 100% no questions asked refund, so I bought the software.

I’m in the UK and Build A Blog Store simply doesn’t work here. There are a number of bugs but the main one is that although the country settings allow you to say you want UK listings, the eBay ones are taken from eBay UK but Amazon is set to the US site. Since the software uses Amazon to generate some of the content, it’s totally useless here in the UK. US prices are bad enough but there are lots of products that are available in the UK and not in the US and vice versa.

It was time to claim my 100% money back refund….yeah right. Several emails later and I’ve had no reesponse. I wrote to the affiliate who was promoting the product (a web hosting company called WebHostForSEO who had also helped on the development of the software) and he also got on to the developers. Nada, nothing, zilch !!. The 100% refund guarantee offered by the Build A Blog Store developers is worth nothing. The software DOES NOT WORK in the UK and you will LOSE YOUR MONEY if you buy it.
