For your shopping cart, just search on the internet for shopping cart api and you will get many websites providing these api.
Theres oscommerce. It is open source so it is free. It is not too hard to set up the generic shop. To customize it you are going to have to learn some HTML. There are different shipping options, payment options ect. to set up. An online store is not a simple program. Your site will have to support MySQL and PHP as well.
