    The $14.95 price tag sounds good, but are you sure the $7.95 is for tax, not shipping? That’s about the best price you’re going to find for one. You may check on ebay and see if someone has a used one for sale.

    You can make one with a little section of capped off PVC pipe, with holes cut in the wall of the pipe to thread your leather strap through that will attach it to your stirrup leather.
