    That depends on what the server is. Windows or *nix?

    There are several great shopping cart programs out there.

    osCommerce, Zen-Cart, X-Cart, etc.

    I use front page create my website and than I use shopping cart system. They charge flat price, ($15 per month) ,and include Web hosting, Shopping Cart system, 30 more functions….. etc. The builder allows you to create your web page easily without knowledge of coding or programming language.
